- How do I clean and care for jute table runners and mats?
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Dry flat in shade. Avoid soaking jute products in water or machine washing.
- Will the product match the photos?
- Because each piece is handmade using natural plant fibres, slight variations in natural tone and weave texture are inherent and authentic.
- Can I return a product?
- Yes, within 7 days in original, unused condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
- Do you make sets for larger dining tables?
- Yes, we prepare customized runner and placemat sets for 6-seater, 8-seater, and 10-seater dining tables upon request.
